This cat/kitten is sold as a __________pet or ________breeder/show.
If this cat/kitten is sold as a pet, it must be neutered or spayed and may NOT be bred
The cat/kitten will be sold with appropriate shots and wormings and a current health certificate. This cat/kitten is guaranteed for 72 hours. If the kitten is found to be defective by the new owner’s veterinarian ,within the 72 hour period, the kitten may be returned and a replacement will be given as soon as possible. The cat/kitten is also guaranteed against genetic defects. If the cat/kitten is found to be defective by a licensed veterinarian the cat/kitten will be replaced as soon as possible.
This guarantee does not include parasites or viruses,
as we have done all we can to protect the animal from these problems.
PARASITE CONTROL, VET CARE, SHOTS, ETC. MUST BE KEPT UP TO DATE, & WILL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE NEW OWNER. THIS GUARANTEE IS VOID, IF THE ANIMAL IS SOLD TO ANY PARTY OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL BUYER.
The cat/kitten cannot be returned after the guarantee period has expired. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide immediate veterinary care to any cat/kitten showing signs of illness or distress. Failure to do so will render any guarantee null and void. Except the spay/neuter is in force no matter what the condition or problem. By signing this contract, the Buyer is also signing permission for their veterinarian to disclose any and all veterinary information pertaining to this said cat/kitten and any and all information on cats/kittens living with said cat/kitten. The Seller can ask which clinic and fax them a copy of this agreement to gain access, if need be. All veterinary fees are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
Every new owner of an ALL ABOUT SPOTS Savannah/Bengal will be advised of the temperament of the cat/kitten. ALL ABOUT SPOTS cannot be responsible for personality issues once the animal leaves the cattery.
If the new owner of the cat/kitten decides the animal is not appropriate for them, ALL ABOUT SPOTS will help to re-home the animal.
Deposits of $100 per bengal kitten and $500.00 deposit per Savannah kitten, depending on the generation of the kitten(F1,F2,etc.) are required to reserve or hold a kitten.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!!! Once a deposit is placed on a specific kitten, the deposit may not be switched.
NO CASH REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON.
